NOTE: DON’T COOK EXTREMELY SOUR FOODS LIKE SAMBHAR, CURD CURRIES AND THE LIKE IN BRASS UTENSILS.
Do not use scrubs and only use a soft cloth to clean it.
Preferably use ash to clean it. But you can also use a chemical-free dishwash powder or liquid to clean it.
Please use only wooden spatulas for stirring the food.
